⚖️ Requirements & Rules¶

Hold Requirement:
The $100 reward (or its cash value) must remain in your Public account for 12 months.

Referral Cap:

📝 Application Notes¶

Super quick signup — took me around 5 minutes. Required ID upload but no selfie.

A practical use of this account beyond the bonus: You can drain prepaid cards by depositing them into Public (lifetime cap $4,000). Blackhawk-issued prepaid cards typically don’t work, but many others do until you hit the $4K cap.
